Thanks, Simon, and danke schön for writing in English too!
I'm not quite as fast as you say. I take about 90 seconds going through the numbers the first time, and then the second time I run through them much more quickly, because most of them immediately come into my head without having to look at the numbers at all.
For cards I have a few German words in my list, where I couldn't find an English word to fit the pattern, but I wouldn't want to create an entire list in a foreign language. But your English is obviously much better than my German, so maybe it would work for you!
Thanks
Ben

Thank you very much for your prompt response, Ben.
According to what I have read I think that your knowledge of the german language is much more profound than mine of the English. It must also be noted
that it is easier for a german to learn English than otherwise. The english language has, in my opinion, a much clearer structure and has found more elegant and at the same time simpler solutions for most of the grammatical problems that every language has to solve.
Learning German must feel like a step backwards for an english speaking person.
But now from truth and compliments right back to memory sports:
What came to my mind yesterday was that in our MemoryXL-Trainer there is one level that is impossible to do for every one of us: Level 10 Speed Numbers with 400 numbers in 5 minutes.
Considering that you are able to remember 234 in 128 s in one out of 20 tries:
It would be interesting to see if you could recollect 400 in one try out of, let's see, perhaps 30 or 40?
Have you ever tried?
Bye,
Simon
